Due to the extreme heat almost everything burns. But implants don't. Implants are made out of titanium and don't melt under these conditions, therefore they are being recycled. The crematory collects all the implants, and eventually these implants are being re-used in airplane motors. My grandfather might have died, but still he might be traveling the world.
